CBE JU publishes its 2022 Annual Work Programme
The Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) has published its Annual Work Programme, with information about 12 funding topics. It has been dedicated a €120 million budget, focusing on the following Europe general objectives: 1) accelerate the innovation process and development of bio-based innovative solutions, 2) accelerate market deployment of the existing mature and innovative biobased solutions and 3) ensure a high level of environmental performance of bio-based industrial systems.
Among the published funding topics stand out the Innovation Action HORIZON-JU-CBE-2022-IA-02: Cooperative business models for the sustainable mobilisation and valorisation of agricultural residues, by-products, and waste in rural areas; and the Coordination and support action (CSA) HORIZON-JU-CBE-2022-S-01 Developing and validating monitoring systems of environmental sustainability and circularity: collection of best practices and benchmarks. The dates for submitting proposals under the calls are from 22 June 2022 to 22 September 2022.
On 7 June 2022, the CBE JU Infoday was held, where the funding topics provided by this work programme were analysed and a networking event was set up.
